Composed of an ASTM A36 Type Carbon Steel Substrate with 8.0mm thickness, Weldable to most Metals used in the Brazilian market.

Coating in Complex Carbides of Cr, V, Ti and W – Homogeneous Hardness of 700HB, Coating Thickness 15 mm; Welded by the Diffusion/Capillarity System with a mechanical resistance of 65kg/mm2 of adhesion rate.

Supplied in 240mm long pieces, with 40mm long sections to facilitate its division and application in smaller spaces; Main measurements: Coating – Thickness = 15mm, Total Width = 40mm, Total Length = 240mm, Sections with 40mm x 40mm, sectioned by depression angled at 75°; Substrate Welding with AWS-E 7018 – Ø 2.4 or 3.2mm.
