Plates coated with al2o3-92% / 98% high alumina ceramic, vulcanized with 65 Shore natural rubber on an ASTM A36/INOX steel base with anti-corrosive paint.
The ceramic coating has high resistance to abrasion and moderate impact, we apply it in pipes, feed chutes, transfer chute.
We have high alumina ceramics, with a formulation that registers high abrasion, in laboratory analysis our coating showed wear, 0.3~0.5mm³, hardness of HV-1628
